Incorporated in 1958, the Madison Water and Wastewater Board strives to protect the public health and environment by providing high-quality drinking water and environmentally sound and affordable wastewater treatment and disposal.

Situation

The Madison Water and Wastewater Board was using an outdated software system that prevented its work orders from interfacing with its utility billing, causing double entering of customer data.
