- Offer a secure, online payment option
- Offer ongoing bank drafts or credit card payments
- Give 24/7 access to customer account information (via web and phone)
- Offer an Equal Payment Plan (EPP) with online estimates and sign up
- Send payment reminders via email or text messages when bills are ready
- Leave safety or service interruption messages via phone or web
- Contact customers via emails, text messages or phone calls to let them know when a work order is completed
- Allow online sign-ups for new service
