Get to Know Your Customers Better!

With thousands of customers using your utility service, how well can you know each one?

ASI can provide you with a software solution that allows you to keep pertinent, individualized customer information that is integrated with account history at your fingertips. This ongoing accessibility to customer information ultimately can improve customer relationships and service.

ASI’s software solution allows you to scan and save information such as a driver’s license or a rental agreement to keep in a customer’s file for identification purposes. Other information that can be maintained includes phone numbers, email addresses, physical address, etc.

Customer Billing System

ASI’s solution also allows note integration among billing, financial and work order systems. This means that you can pull up an account for a specific date and see all the work done on that account on one screen. In addition, a warning note can be added that will pop up on the screen for anyone who opens the account, thus highlighting important customer information.

Notes in a customer’s account are color-coded, easily identifiable and integrate with the customer’s account history. Notes can be kept that apply to:

1. The Customer – The account information is maintained on the person and the information stays with the customer, regardless if the person moves to another physical location. For example, if a person is elderly or disabled and has special needs, this note only needs to be made once, and the information will remain with the customer. Or if the customer has a special request, it can remain in these notes as well.

2. Residence – Notes are made based upon the customer living at a current residence. This allows the Customer Service Representative to track ongoing calls and responses to the calls. Also, if a bill is higher or lower than normal, this also can be tracked in this area.

3. Physical Address – Notes made about a certain physical location can remain permanently with that location’s information. For example, if a meter is located in an unusual place, a note of that can be made within the system that remains with the information about that physical location, regardless of who lives there.
