- Comprehensive search of work order system by account number, customer name, service address or work order number.
- Extensive inquiries with the ability to group work orders based on department, status, assignment, tasks, or dates (including entered, wanted, and scheduled).
- Ability to inquire into open work orders by department or task in calendar format to facilitate strategic planning.
- Ability to add expanded comments on each work order. This feature not only gives the utility the ability to enter comments for field personnel but also capture the comments field personnel send back.
- Ability for utility to create customizable work order codes (tasks). There is no preset unchangeable list of tasks.
- Customer service representatives are guided through the Move-in/Move-Out process step-by-step to gather all necessary information. There is no need to “remember” to perform certain tasks during the Move-in/Move-out process.
- Customer service representatives automatically can be informed of rental properties to facilitate assigning property back to landlord if desired.
- Automatic notification to field personnel for tasks (critical or non-critical) through e-mail, text messaging or paging.
- Electronic capture of service requests/completions for later analysis. Once a work order is entered, the information stays in the system indefinitely to allow you to see work order history, trends, and to get reports to compare data.
- Ability to automatically create work orders based on trouble codes from meter reading handheld devices (for example: broken meter, meter tampering, unable to read).
