Track Utility Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance, Repairs, and Costs Automatically


ASI offers utilities an easy way to track and stay up-to-date with vehicle and equipment maintenance, emergency repairs, and costs. ASI’s Vehicle Maintenance System can provide regularly scheduled reports -- including daily and as-requested reports -- on a wide range of information, including what is due for service. It then will automatically generate shop orders until the service is completed. In addition to reporting, shop orders can be viewed online by due date, vehicle #, type service, or by the type of vehicle.

In addition to providing customizable reports, ASI’s Vehicle Maintenance System has the capability to interface with other software systems, allowing data to be exported for use in other applications. One popular interface is with the Accounts Payable system to pick vehicle costs done by outside vendors.
